The only technique here is the order. Whey dumped into yogurt with everything else on top turns into lumps you will be chasing with a spoon. Stir the scoop into the plain yogurt first until it is smooth and slightly looser, then build the rest on top. Vanilla or unflavoured whey works best; chocolate fights the berries.
For meal prep, portion the yogurt and whey into four jars on Sunday and keep the granola in a separate bag so it stays crunchy. The berries can go in ahead if they are fresh; frozen berries thaw overnight in the fridge and bleed a little juice into the yogurt, which most people do not mind.
If 42 g of carbs is more than your morning needs, the granola is the lever: halve it and the protein barely moves. If you want the bowl to carry you further, a second tablespoon of chia adds fibre and keeps you full until lunch without pushing the calories much.
